The Circle Apartment Renovation
Full-floor apartment renovation in Milford
We transformed an entire-floor apartment at Milford’s distinctive The Circle building into a refined, modern home.
Working within an occupied apartment building required careful planning, clear communication and precise coordination. Materials were craned directly to the apartment, with all works managed safely and efficiently to minimise disruption to residents.
The result was a beautifully finished apartment delivered with a seamless, well-managed approach.
Browns Bay Reclad & Renovation
This Browns Bay home underwent a complete exterior reclad and renovation, enhancing both its performance and liveability.
The project included a new roof, gutters and windows, along with a new ensuite, two walk-in wardrobes, lounge and office space adjoining the master bedroom. Delivered in two carefully planned stages while the clients remained in the home, the project was managed to minimise disruption and deliver a seamless, high-quality result.
